The cycling may repeat after a user-generated change. If true, conflicting synchronizers will not be disabled automatically. If this limit is exceeded, the two synchronizers are considered to be in conflict. The maximum number of times that a synchronizer is allowed to run, processing the changes generated by another synchronizer. Conflicting synchronizers will not be prevented from running forever. You can set System properties during Startup or using Script Runner.
Structure must be restarted to apply changes. If you set the value to empty (without deleting the property), the property will not be removed. If the property was added with our admin interface, the value is set to empty value and the property is removed from the table after a page refresh. When you delete a property from the admin table, it's property value is set to the default value: Spaces are not trimmed, and may result in an invalid value. When an invalid property value is entered in the table, the default value is applied. To access the interface, you must have Jira Administration permissions and enter the interface location directly into your browser: Guidelines for Adding/Removing Property and Values Once you have made all necessary updates, Structure must be restarted to apply the changes. To remove a custom property, click the trash icon. Once the key is added to your properties list, you can adjust its value by clicking the edit icon (pencil). To add a new custom property or dark feature, enter the appropriate Property Key (see below for a list of available keys) and click Add Property. The easiest way to add and manage custom Structure properties and dark features is to use the Structure Dark Features and Fine Tuning interface. Additionally, some features and behaviors are usually hidden from users by default. Simple colour scheme change to make it easier on the eyes.Certain advanced aspects of Structure's behavior might not have dedicated configuration pages, being controlled by application properties or system properties instead. 
Suggestion: Suggesting a simple, built-in dark theme that can be enabled from Settings.

When Design System has capacity to pick this up again, myself or whoever owns the work at the time will update all of you - Jake That doesn’t remove the sting of this for those of us who are passionate about dark mode, but know that the decision from our leaders was made with the customer in mind.
This change in direction has been made centrally in our Design System which will lead to improvements across many properties, but in the meantime it affects Jira’s ability to roll out dark mode directly. This is a hard update to make as it comes after the 4 year anniversary of this ticket nonetheless, we want to ensure that all of you are informed. Unfortunately we do not have an estimate on when it will resume. We still believe this is still highly important work and we understand the impact this is having on some of our customers. This work has been paused in order to focus on performance improvements and other accessibility initiatives. Hey all, I have disappointing news for all of you.
